Return Policy – Marine Tech Supplies

At Marine Tech Supplies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.

1. Return Window
   All return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Eligibility
   To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Item must be in original packaging

• All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

Items that are damaged due to misuse, installation error, or negligence are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items
   The following items cannot be returned:

• Special order or custom products

• Clearance or final sale items

• Installed or used items

• Electrical components once opened

• Items returned without approval

4. Return Authorization (RMA Required)
   All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA).
   Returns sent without approval will be rejected.

5. Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

• Items must be shipped with tracking and insurance

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

6. Restocking Fee
   A 15% restocking fee may apply to all approved returns.
   Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

• Allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear after approval

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos and order details

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost

9. Refused Deliveries
   Refused shipments are treated as returns and may be subject to:

• Return shipping fees

• Original shipping fees

• Restocking fee

10. Chargebacks
    Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in denial of future service.

11. Policy Updates
    Marine Tech Supplies reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice.
