  • Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise stated

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status


  1. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees


  1. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Marine Tech Supplies is not responsible for carrier delays

  • If a package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

  • Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved

The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
